Vintage Silver Plate Show Pin Cushion

I found this lovely piece many years ago in an antique shop and it has the original fabric in the body of the shoe just waiting for your pins and needles.  The length of the shoe is 3.5" and it stands about 2" from the heel to the top edge.  The fabric inside the shoe is velvet.  Over the years it has developed a gentle patina.
